ADMIN ASISSTANT

Location: Waterloo Primary Academy

Salary Grade: NJC Scale Point 9-13 (Grade B)

Salary: £15,375 - £16,491 Pro Rata

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: 32.5 Hours Term Time Only (5 days per week)

Job Purpose

The administration of the school is essential in ensuring whole school success. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with parents, carers, pupils, outside agencies and prospective parents. In addition, you will be required to take ownership of tasks you undertake, work to deadlines and produce work of a high quality.

The successful candidate;

  • Must have two GCSEs or equivalent level 2 qualification in both Maths and English

  • Be able to work in a busy office environment

  • Must be able to adapt to change

  • Must have good ICT skills

  • Must have excellent communication skills

Closing Date: Friday 23rd February 2018 Noon

Shortlisting: Monday 26th February 2018

Interview: Friday 2nd March 2018

Effective Date: April 2018
